Our organization in Janesville, Wisconsin, is actively looking for a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Pediatrician to become part of our exceptional team of collaborative healthcare providers in Southern Wisconsin.

Opportunity:

Departmental Scope:
  • Focus on outpatient Pediatric practice.

  • Support for Level II Nursery and deliveries at Mercy Hospital (approximately 60 deliveries per month).

  • Engage in integrated multispecialty care throughout the organization.

  • Opportunity to expand patient volume within a well-established practice.

Qualifications:
  • MD/DO - Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pediatrics.

  • Completion of residency training from an ACGME-accredited Pediatric program.

  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to patient care.

Compensation & Benefits:

Our organization provides a highly competitive initial salary guarantee that transitions to a production-based model after the first year, along with a comprehensive benefits package:

  • Salary Range: $258,000-$315,000

  • Retention and/or sign-on bonus available.
