Our organization, a well-established pediatric practice dedicated to its mission, is looking for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatrician to become part of our outpatient team in southeastern North Carolina. Position Highlights- Outpatient pediatric practice
- High-volume, community-centered environment
- Two dedicated clinical support staff (MA or nurse) assigned to each provider
- Collaborative, multidisciplinary team approach
- Additional hourly pay for evening and weekend shifts
- $10,000 transition bonus
- Base salary ranging from $200,000 to $240,000
- Attractive quarterly productivity bonuses

- Paid Time Off (PTO) starting at 27.5 days, increasing to 42.5 days after the first year
