Our organization, a well-established pediatric practice dedicated to its mission, is looking for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatrician to become part of our outpatient team in southeastern North Carolina. Position Highlights
  • Outpatient pediatric practice
  • High-volume, community-centered environment
  • Two dedicated clinical support staff (MA or nurse) assigned to each provider
  • Collaborative, multidisciplinary team approach
  • Additional hourly pay for evening and weekend shifts
  • $10,000 transition bonus
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary ranging from $200,000 to $240,000
  • Attractive quarterly productivity bonuses

  • Paid Time Off (PTO) starting at 27.5 days, increasing to 42.5 days after the first year

Qualifications
  • MD or DO degree
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
  • Eligibility for medical licensure in North Carolina
