Job Opportunity: Pediatric Hospitalist

Located just a short drive from Spokane, Washington, our independent hospital and clinic system is a Level 3 Trauma center with a capacity of 50 beds. We are currently expanding our team and are in search of Board Eligible/Board Certified Pediatric Hospitalists who value work-life balance, financial independence, and professional autonomy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work a schedule of 7 shifts per month, each lasting 24 hours.
• Manage an average patient census of 0-3, with a typical patient load of 3-10 per shift.
• Focus primarily on the Mother-Baby unit.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Attractive sign-on bonus of up to $75,000.
