Oral Surgeon - Central Michigan (Rotational)

We are a leading multi-location oral surgery group in Michigan, featuring six sites and eight skilled surgeons, with a strong referral network throughout central Michigan. As we expand into northern Michigan to accommodate increasing patient demand, we are seeking an additional surgeon to join our team. This is a unique chance to become part of the top oral and maxillofacial surgery platform in the state, offering no production limits, a clear pathway to leadership roles, and a supportive environment designed to simplify the surgeon's experience.

Schedule
  • 4-5 working days each week

  • Surgical procedures are primarily scheduled in the mornings

  • Consultations are arranged for the afternoons

  • Rotational model across multiple sites in central Michigan

  • Flexible scheduling options available

Compensation & Benefits
  • Annual earning potential ranging from $600,000 to over $1,000,000

  • Receive 35% of collections with a draw structure

  • Current surgeons in our organization average over $3 million in annual production without any production cap

  • Sign-on bonuses, relocation assistance, or partnership opportunities may be available based on the candidate

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients and create comprehensive treatment plans

  • Conduct surgical procedures such as extractions, dental implants, and removal of pathological conditions

  • Administer local and general anesthesia as required

  • Collaborate with general dentists, orthodontists, and other specialists

  • Keep precise and thorough patient records

  • Prescribe medications for post-operative care and pain relief

  • Treat infections and conditions affecting the oral and maxillofacial areas

  • Provide emergency care for orofacial injuries

  • Educate patients about procedures, recovery processes, and long-term care

Qualifications
  • Possession of a DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution

  • Completion of an accredited residency in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery

  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in Michigan

  • Demonstrated strong clinical and surgical abilities

  • Exceptional communication and patient care skills

  • Capability to operate efficiently in a high-volume setting
