Our organization, situated in a picturesque ski town in Southern Colorado, is in search of a dedicated primary care physician to join our team. This role can be tailored to either full-time or part-time commitments within an outpatient environment.

We offer flexible scheduling options, including a full-time position with a 4-day work week or a part-time role with a 2-day work week. This unique opportunity features low patient volumes and provides unlimited access to outdoor activities in a climate that remains pleasant throughout the year.

• Collaborate with a team of 3 primary care physicians and 6 advanced practice providers (APPs).
• Engage in a 100% outpatient practice with no on-call duties or rounding required.
• Maintain an average patient load of 12-14 patients per day during a 4-day work week.
• Enjoy the flexibility of part-time work with a 2-day schedule.
• Receive a competitive base salary of $265,000, with negotiable sign-on and relocation bonuses, plus 26 days of paid time off (PTO).
• Participate in a 401(k) plan with a 6% employer match, along with a comprehensive benefits package and $6,000 allocated for continuing medical education (CME).
