Job Description
Our organization, a community hospital with over 500 beds and designated as a Level II Trauma Center in Arkansas, is in search of a Board Eligible/Board Certified Gastroenterologist to become part of an established team of five physicians. This presents an excellent chance for fellows seeking expert mentorship or for experienced practitioners ready to engage with a robust patient volume.
While experience in ERCP and EGD is preferred, it is not mandatory.

Practice Overview:- Join a collaborative team of five Gastroenterologists
- Enjoy a supportive culture with low turnover rates
- Transitioning to a system-wide EPIC platform
- Clinic hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM
- Morning procedures: 10-13; Afternoon clinic patients: 10-14
- Common procedures include: ERCP, Colonoscopy, EGD, esophageal dilation, and capsule studies
- Light on-call schedule: 1:6, with minimal hospital returns
- Guaranteed base salary ranging from $600,000 to $625,000, transitioning to wRVU productivity model
- Potential for ownership in an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC)
- Signing bonus and relocation assistance
- Fellowship stipend available
- Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness
