We are excited to invite additional General Gastroenterologists or GI Hospitalists to join our esteemed team in a highly desirable community in northern Idaho. Our organization boasts a group of highly qualified gastroenterology specialists working in advanced facilities that feature the latest technology, all while prioritizing a patient-centered approach. We seek candidates who are dedicated to quality, safety, collaboration, and patient satisfaction, and who are eager to support and enhance our expanding gastroenterology program, which currently includes 6.5 physicians and 8 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional care in a supportive environment.
- Engage in a collaborative team focused on patient outcomes.
- Participate in procedures with dedicated block time and full anesthesia support.
- Manage a call schedule covering one hospital, including one weekday every other week for a 24-hour shift and three to four 72-hour weekend shifts (Friday to Sunday) annually.
- Utilize PENTAX equipment for upper and lower endoscopy/ERCP and Olympus EUS equipment.
- MD or DO degree.
- Open to new Fellows as well as practicing general GIs and GI Hospitalists ready to take on immediate patient volume.
- Subspecialty interests (such as IBD, Motility, Pancreas, etc.) are highly encouraged to apply.
- Join a 332-bed hospital with over 14,500 inpatient admissions and more than 50,000 emergency room visits annually.
