Our organization is in search of a full-time Gastroenterologist to become part of a well-established team located in the stunning region of Central Oregon.

This position offers a supportive atmosphere, robust APP coverage, and significant earning potential, allowing you to deliver exceptional GI care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance in one of the most sought-after areas in the Pacific Northwest.

Position Overview:
  • Full-time position featuring a 4/10 work schedule
  • One day dedicated to clinic work and three days focused on procedures
  • Possibility to engage in EUS and ERCP procedures
  • Shared on-call responsibilities at a ratio of 1:7
  • Primary location at our medical center in Bend, with occasional support for nearby areas such as Madras and Prineville
  • Access to an excellent support team, including multiple APPs
  • A community-focused group comprised of highly skilled GI physicians
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Annual compensation of $602,420
  • Opportunity for productivity incentives based on wRVU
  • Reimbursement for travel when necessary

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • MD/DO with board certification or eligibility
  • Preferred two years of clinical experience, though new graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Completion of a Gastroenterology fellowship program

Our medical center in Bend is the largest hospital in central Oregon, functioning as a Level II trauma center and providing a wide range of medical services to a patient population across a 32,000-square-mile area. With 292 beds, it offers emergency care, primary care, and specialty services, including radiation and medical oncology, an on-site pharmacy, surgical services, imaging and radiology, laboratory services, a family birthing center, and behavioral health. Established in 1922, this hospital continues to be a vital part of healthcare in Bend and the surrounding region.
