CDL A Regional Driver

CDL Class A Van/Reefer Driver | Family-Owned Organization | Weekly Home Time

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Level: CDL Class A Required

Freight Type: Dry Van / Reefer

Compensation and Mileage

• Van/Reefer: Earn between $0.54 and $0.64 per mile

• Weekly earnings range from $1,350 to $1,900 (annual salary of $70,000 - $100,000)

• Average weekly miles can reach up to 3,000+

• Compensation for pickups, drops, detention, and layovers

• Longevity pay to acknowledge your dedication.

• Eligibility for an additional 5.5 CPM for adhering to safety standards

• Referral bonuses available

Home Time and Routes

• Home weekly for two consecutive nights (if desired)

• Regional OTR routes available

• Van/Reefer: No-touch freight

Equipment and Comfort

• Assigned a clean truck with no slip-seating

• Modern International LT625s (average age: 18 months)

• Fully automatic fleet

• Each truck is equipped with:

  • APU and Inverter

  • SiriusXM All Access

  • Refrigerator

  • Luxury mattress

  • TV mount

  • CB Radio

  • Optional Wi-Fi

Driver Qualifications

• Must possess a valid CDL Class A license

• At least six months of experience (Van, Reefer, or Flatbed). No Flatbed experience? Training is available.

• Consistent work history (no more than two employers per year)

• Driving record requirements:

  • No more than four minor violations in the past three years

  • No more than one preventable accident in the past three years

  • No DUI or SAP convictions in the last three years
