Lead Family Medicine Physician - Obstetrics Focus

Our organization is in search of a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician with a specialization in Obstetrics to take charge of our Family Medicine Obstetrics (FMOB) team and manage obstetrics within our residency program.

• Oversee clinical operations for the FMOB division.
• Partner with the Program Director to ensure that OB training aligns with ACGME standards.
• Act as the FMOB representative to the OB department.
• Collaborate with residency leadership, OB faculty, and clinical teams to improve access, streamline processes, and enhance performance.
• Embody our organization’s mission, vision, and values in all care and educational activities.

• MD or DO with a valid, unrestricted medical license in Ohio.
• Board-certified in Family Medicine or eligible for certification.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience post-residency or 4 years following an OB fellowship.
• Proficient in POCUS, obstetric clinic care, and teaching residents and medical students.
• Must meet our organization’s credentialing and privileging standards.

• Guide and mentor residents in obstetrics at one of our residency clinic locations.
• Promote excellence in both clinical care and education.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and support innovative care models.
