Our organization, situated in a picturesque ski town in Southern Colorado, is looking for a dedicated primary care physician to join our team. This role can be either full-time or part-time, allowing for practice in an outpatient environment.

We offer flexible scheduling options, including a full-time position with a 4-day work week or a part-time role with a 2-day work week. This unique opportunity features low patient volumes and provides unlimited access to outdoor activities in a climate that remains comfortable throughout the year.

• Collaborate with a team of 3 primary care physicians and 6 advanced practice providers (APPs).
• Focus exclusively on outpatient care, with no on-call duties or rounding required.
• Maintain an average patient load of 12-14 patients per day during a 4-day work week.
• Enjoy flexible scheduling with options for part-time work at 2 days per week.
• Receive a competitive base salary of $265,000, with negotiable sign-on and relocation bonuses.
