Our Organization

The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology is actively seeking exceptional candidates for a full-time role at the level of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor within the Clinician Educator track. This position involves establishing and maintaining a clinical practice at our healthcare facility located in Palo Alto, CA. Applicants must possess specialized training in Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery (URPS) and should be board-certified or board-eligible by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Our Center for Urogynecology and Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery is renowned for providing advanced diagnostic and treatment solutions for women facing complex pelvic floor disorders, and is recognized for its innovative biotechnological approaches. The URPS fellowship program here is among the few fully integrated joint urogynecology and urology programs available nationwide. Faculty members in Urogynecology also hold a courtesy appointment in Urology.

We are looking for individuals who are collaborative, inquisitive, and compassionate, with a strong work ethic and enthusiasm for clinical teaching and patient care. Candidates should be eager to contribute to the academic goals and values of our department. A proven track record in clinical care and teaching is essential. Compensation:

  • Assistant Professor: $286,000 - $310,000
  • Associate Professor: $341,000 - $359,000
  • Professor: $383,000 - $404,000

This salary range represents the base pay, which is determined by faculty rank and years of service. Please note that this does not encompass all elements of the faculty compensation program or earnings from participation in departmental incentive programs.
