Job Description
Tasks and Activities:
Basics
Perform Accounts Payable in an electronics manufacturing operation located in Santa Clara, CA. Processes are defined and must comply with company’s integrated operating software.
Tasks
- Monitor accounting inbox and capture incoming vendor invoices
- Accurately enter invoices into NetSuite ERP
- Reconcile AP Subledger to General Ledger

- compute financial data
- verify bank or financial transactions compile data for financial reports
- note discrepancies in financial records

- Ensure accurate data entry and provide information regarding payment priorities

- inform management of any discrepancies or issues so that corrective action may be taken
- suggest alternatives and/or improvement as appropriate

- Communicate with accounting staff, buyers and program managers as needed to ensure validity of payables and be aware of any special circumstances

Work Context
Physical Demands

Education and Experience
Years of Experience 0-2 years
Education Associate or Bachelor’s Degree or Candidate
Degree or Formal Training Accounting or relatable field
ERP Software NetSuite (preferred)
