Boba Bliss in East Bay Area (Dublin & Castro Valley) is looking for a general manager to join our team. We are located on 1671 North Capitol Avenue. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, previous strong experience with the role and hard-working. THIS IS A FULL TIME & SALARIED position.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations
• Manage staff and delegate responsibility as needed
• Maintain excellent customer service standards and the boba bliss operating standard
• Manage profit and loss figures

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers
• Strong previous experience as an Area Manager or General Manager for a similar/aligned brand previously.
• Positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture
• Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused workplace
• Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
