Qualifications

This is a growth-driven sales hire for a 30-year family-owned residential remodeling contractor that has scaled from $1 million to approximately $2.5 million in annual revenue.

Leadership is currently splitting time between operations and selling. Growth is constrained by owner bandwidth and sales capacity.

The business needs a construction-credible sales professional who can walk jobs, speak the language of homeowners, and close full-scope remodeling projects without aggressive sales tactics.

This is consultative outside sales, not transactional home improvement lead chasing.

All leads are inbound homeowner inquiries. There is no cold calling requirement.

• Hands-on construction background such as carpenter, framer, roofer, remodeler, or similar trade
• OR previous ownership of a construction or home services company
• Demonstrated experience scoping and closing residential remodeling projects
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building ability
• Ability to walk a job and speak credibly about scope and cost
• Experience using Microsoft Office
• Ability to understand drawings or design concepts
