Tyler Johns State Farm Agency is dedicated to helping families protect what matters most. Were looking for a motivated Sales Account Manager to grow new business, strengthen relationships with existing policyholders, and provide excellent customer service.

Job Summary
The Sales Account Manager will manage a book of business, follow up on leads, identify customer needs, and recommend appropriate insurance solutions (e.g., Auto, Home, Life, Health, Renters). This role balances relationship management and sales goals to help the agency grow while delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow up on inbound leads and referrals to set appointments and close sales
  • Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of existing customers
  • Review customer coverage needs and recommend appropriate products
  • Conduct quotes and policy comparisons to support customer decision-making
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and complete tasks to agency standards
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure timely policy changes and customer support
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Provide consistent, friendly, professional customer service
  • Participate in ongoing training and sales development activities
Qualifications

  • Insurance licensing requirements: Must be willing to obtain P&C and Life/Health
