What You’ll Do

• Perform California Smog Inspections (Required)
• Diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently
• Complete digital inspections (TechMetric)
• Communicate clearly with Service Advisors
• Follow our workflow:
  • Customer concern first
  • Safety next
  • Maintenance last
• Deliver high-quality work with no comebacks

• Valid Smog License (Required)
• Strong diagnostic skills

Pay Structure

• ?? Base pay: $33.80/hr
• ?? Performance-based growth up to $45/hr
• High production = higher earnings
