About the Role:
Join H To O Supply as a Sales Manager in Phoenix and lead a high-performing team focused on waterworks, industrial tools, safety equipment, and infrastructure supply solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to drive sales growth, expand market presence, and build long-term relationships with contractors, municipalities, industrial facilities, and commercial clients throughout the region.

Salary:
$50,000 - $55,000 per year based on experience + commission


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets across waterworks, industrial tools, and safety product categories.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to maximize performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities within municipal, construction, industrial, utility, and commercial markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, engineers, procurement teams, and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations focused on water supply systems, industrial equipment, and workplace safety solutions.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate with marketing and vendor partners to develop effective promotional campaigns and product initiatives.
  • Oversee CRM activities, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting for senior leadership.
  • Ensure team knowledge and compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and product applications.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and field support to drive engagement and accountability.
Requirements:


  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably within waterworks, industrial supply, construction, safety equipment, or related distribution industries.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills with the ability to inspire and coach others.
  • Knowledge of industrial tools, PPE, safety products, water infrastructure materials, or contractor supply markets is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, customer-focused, and results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to travel locally within the Phoenix market as needed.
