Position: Roofing Field Representative (Sales)
This is an outdoor role where you’ll meet homeowners, inspect roofs for storm damage, and help guide customers through the process from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Canvass neighborhoods to find homes with roof damage
- Perform basic roof inspections (training provided)
- Talk with homeowners about roofing solutions and insurance claims
- Set appointments and help close sales
Requirements
- Previous sales or canvassing experience (server/bartender/waiter experience are also considered)
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working outdoors and talking to people
- Willing to learn and stay motivated
- Able to climb a ladder for inspections
- Reliable transportation (car or truck)
Compensation:
- $150,000 – $250,000 per year earning potential
- Full training provided
