This role plays a key part in driving sales growth by managing customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Schedule service and sales appointments accurately and efficiently.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to maximize customer experience.
- Assist in generating leads and supporting marketing campaigns.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems preferred.
- Prior experience in automotive sales or customer service is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Baxley, GA location.
- Competitive salary range of $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year, paid bi-weekly.
