As our newest team member, youll help drive growth by creating new opportunities, setting qualified appointments, and representing Amplify HR with professionalism, kindness, and resilience.If you are just starting out or looking for a change: enjoy connecting with people, are energized by outbound outreach, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is a perfect fit.What Youll Do\tMake approximately 100 outbound dials per day to small and mid-sized businesses\tSet 2030 qualified appointments per month for the sales team\tProspect consistently to build and maintain a strong pipeline\tEducate prospects on Amplify HRs PEO model and the value we bring to clients\tFollow structured outreach processes while adding your own authentic personality\tAccurately log activities, notes, and follow-ups in the CRMWho You Are\tYou like being on the phone conversations energize you\tYou are not easily deflated.
