This commissiononly role is ideal for a highly motivated professional who excels at building client relationships, identifying hiring needs, and positioning highvalue recruitment services across multiple industries.

The Business Development Partner will play a key role in generating new business, nurturing longterm partnerships, and representing the FenixHire brand with professionalism and credibility.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective clients across targeted industries
  • Conduct outreach, discovery calls, and capability presentations
  • Understand client hiring needs and recommend appropriate FenixHire recruitment solutions
  • Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, activity tracking, and forecasting
  • Build longterm relationships that drive repeat business and referrals
  • Represent FenixHire at industry events, virtual meetings, and networking opportunities

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client partnerships (recruiting or staffing industry experience preferred)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationshipbuilding skills
  • Ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet activity and revenue targets
  • Comfortable with outbound outreach and consultative selling
  • Highly organized, selfmotivated, and able to work independently
  • Techsavvy with experience using CRM tools and virtual communication platforms

Compensation
