The Mission


As the FSS, you are our lead playmaker. You are responsible for the entire sales lifecycle: from high-speed lead response and nurturing to conducting consultations and closing the sale. You arent just selling a workout; you are prescribing a solution that helps athletes (ages 7 to Pro) reach their ultimate goals.

The Game Plan


  • Speed to Contact: Relentlessly follow up with leads via calls, texts, and emails to set and confirm appointments.
  • Consultative Sales: Meet with prospects, understand their athletic goals, and prescribe the perfect D1 program.
  • Lead Management: Expertly manage client notes and lead status in Mindbody to ensure no athlete falls through the cracks.
  • Retention & Growth: Maximize client retention through elite customer service and participate in weekly sales training to sharpen your edge.
  • Daily Scorecard: Close out each day by tracking your wins, inventory, and KPIs.

Qualifications


  • Experience: 1+ years in sales and customer service (fitness industry experience is a major plus).
  • The "Self-Starter" Factor: Proven ability to work independently and hit targets consistently.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Exercise Science or a related field is preferred (it helps you speak the language of our athletes).
  • Certifications: Must be high-energy and poised when interacting with everyone from parents to professional athletes.
