You will lead a focused engineering team to deliver AI-powered product capabilities and platform improvements, driving measurable impact on customer experience and business outcomes. You will collaborate with product, platform, and infrastructure stakeholders while remaining hands-on in implementation and architecture. This is a Remote role.

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team

• Lead delivery of AI-powered product capabilities from design through production
• Provide day-to-day technical leadership and coordination for an agile engineering team
• Participate directly in implementation and architecture decisions
• Guide adoption of practical AI engineering patterns and best practices
• Mentor engineers to improve engineering quality and team effectiveness
• Partner with platform, infrastructure, and product teams to align technical work with business needs

Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• Deep knowledge of C#, .NET, and .NET Core and modern application frameworks
• Experience with React.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, SQL, and APIs
• Experience building AI-powered applications or integrations and familiarity with AI development tools and methodologies
• Strong cloud experience (Azure and/or AWS), API design, and distributed systems knowledge
• Demonstrated experience mentoring engineering teams and strong communication and technical leadership skills

Pay Range

$200-$250K/year
