What You'll Do in BDC Sales Support

As a BDC Sales Support Specialist, you will:

  • Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and online leads

  • Make outbound calls to engage potential customers

  • Schedule sales appointments and follow-ups

  • Assist the sales team by maintaining accurate customer information

  • Deliver excellent customer service and communication

  • Support dealership sales goals through consistent outreach and organization
