We are hiring a Service Advisor / Writer for Trustlane Automotive
We have been in business for 11 years, and we know exactly what our customers need.

Customer service cannot be taught.
Being able to listen, communicate, and genuinely care for customers is key. Charisma, sense of urgency, speed of service, and common sense are things we value highly.
Either you have it or you don’t.
We can teach processes and procedures.
We can teach systems and workflow.
But we cannot teach the importance of smiling at a customer, being humble, being honest, caring, and treating people with respect.
Requirements:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Experience with Tekmetric is a plus
- Confident and comfortable presenting large repair estimates
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- No ego, no drama, team player attitude required
Compensation:
$60,000–$100,000+ per year
Schedule:
Monday–Friday
