- Insurance agents & adjusters
- Plumbers
- Property managers
- Real estate professionals
- Generate and manage referral pipelines
- Represent the company in the field with professionalism and urgency
- Base rate
- Aggressive commission structure:
- 10% on water jobs
- 5% on fire and mold jobs
