Job Title: Leasing Agent
Full-Time | On-Site – Malden, Massachusetts
Schedule: M-F 8:00am-4:30pm

Carabetta Companies is looking for a friendly and organized Leasing Agent to support leasing operations at our residential community in Malden, Massachusetts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, providing excellent customer service, and helping prospective residents find their next home.Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Greet and assist prospective and current residents

  • Schedule and conduct apartment tours

  • Help process rental applications and leasing paperwork

  • Answer phone, email, and in-person inquiries

  • Maintain leasing records and assist with move-ins and move-outs

  • Coordinate with management and maintenance teams

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Leasing experience is required

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Comfortable using computers and office software

  • Yardi experience a plus!

  • Friendly, professional, and detail-oriented

  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
