CNC Machinist – Setup & Programming
Hartford, Middlesex & New Haven County, CT
Up to $30/hour based on experience
Skilled CNC Machinists with setup and programming experience are in demand! Multiple openings available with respected manufacturing companies throughout Connecticut supporting precision machining and aerospace-related production.
If you take pride in producing quality parts, troubleshooting setups, and working independently, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Setup and operate CNC mills and/or lathes
- Edit and program using G-code and machine controls
- Read blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Perform inspections using precision measuring tools
- Make tooling and offset adjustments as needed
- Support quality and production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- What We’re Looking For
- CNC machining experience with setup required
- Programming and editing experience strongly preferred
- Aerospace manufacturing experience highly preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and hold tight tolerances
- Experience with precision measuring equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
