What This Job Looks Like
You’ll be the bridge between customer and technician.
• Listen to customer concerns and build trust
• Present inspections and recommendations clearly
• Manage workflow in a fast paced environment
TekMetric and Salesfix graduate is a plus!
• Keep communication moving — no customers left guessing
• Work as a team with technicians and leadership
• Help customers prioritize repairs (not pressure selling)
This is a structured shop — you won’t be guessing what to do.
Pay & Benefits
Base pay + uncapped commission
Typical earnings: $60,000 – $120,000+ per year
Many advisors earn: $5,000 – $10,000/month

What We’re Looking For
• Previous Service Advisor / Service Writer experience (independent or dealership)
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Organized and comfortable in a busy shop
• Strong communicator — customers trust you quickly
