Twilight Homes is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Counselor to help prospective homebuyers achieve their dream of homeownership. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers and realtors while effectively communicating Twilight’s purpose.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective homebuyers.
- Network and collaborate with real estate professionals.
- Accurately and efficiently complete contracts.
- Maintain a flexible schedule, including weekends, to accommodate homebuyers.
- Ensure the model home is presented at the highest standard.

- Availability to work weekends.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with people and maintain professional relationships.
- Sales experience is preferred but not required (no prior new home sales experience necessary).
