RN $52/hr | LPN $40/hr — Weekend Package Available | Fort Madison IA

Birkwood Village in Fort Madison is a skilled nursing facility that serves some of the most clinically complex residents in the region, including a specialized ventilator/respiratory unit. What we are offering: Standard Shifts.

• RNs starting at $42/hr

• LPNs starting at $30/hr

• $4/hr evening differential

• $2/hr night differential

• Full time (72 hours per pay period) and part time available

• 12-hour shifts with consistent scheduling

• Rotate every other weekend — not every weekend

• Weekend Package — Work only Friday, Saturday, and Sunday and keep your entire week free. RNs earn $52/hr and LPNs earn $40/hr. Three days of work, four days off, every week.

What we are looking for:

A nurse who is passionate about resident-centered care, thrives in a team environment, and values a stable and consistent schedule. Experience in geriatrics, long-term care, or ventilator/trach care is a plus — but we are committed to investing in the right person.
