Responsibilities:
- Conduct service calls to diagnose and repair HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC units
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate records
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a service tech in the HVAC industry
- EPA certification is required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
