The Regional One Internship Program is a paid, 3-week full-time opportunity which runs from June 8 to 26, 2026. Regional One is a forward-thinking employer with both a desire and a commitment to bring on talented, successful candidates eager to learn about the infrastructure supporting the world’s aviation industry. All candidates will have the opportunity to experience the day-to-day operations in the following departments Airframe Trading, Engine Trading, Aircraft Support, Accounting and Finance, Commercial Ventures, and more!

Internship Overview:
As an intern with Regional One Inc., you will rotate through various departments, gaining valuable exposure and insight into the operational and strategic aspects of the aviation industry. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to critical projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and build valuable skills that will prepare you for a career in aviation and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Finance & Accounting: Assist with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Support month-end closing processes and help reconcile financial records.
- Sales: Support the sales team by preparing reports, conducting market research, and helping with customer engagement strategies.
- Records: Assist in maintaining and organizing aircraft records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting documentation management processes.
- Aircraft Support: Gain exposure to the maintenance and operational management of aircraft. Help with scheduling, inventory control, and liaising with external service providers.
- Fleet Management: Work with fleet management to track fleet performance, assist in data analysis, and help coordinate logistics and maintenance activities.
Qualifications:
- Current college junior or senior (preferably pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Aviation Management, or related field) or transitioning military service member.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
- Interest in the aviation industry and business operations.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
- Must be local or able to relocate for the summer (no relocation assistance available).
Additional Requirements:
- Intern must be available to work full-time for the duration of the 3-week internship.
- Strong work ethic, professionalism, and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced industry.
- Previous experience or coursework related to aviation, business, or any of the functional areas is a plus, but not required.
