Location: Alvarado Texas 76009
Workdays: Monday-Friday
Hours: 7:30pm-4:30pm
Pay: $17-$18: D.O.E: hourly and after full-time hiring plus commission.
Bilingual: preferred but not required.
Non-Smoker: for a non-smoking facility.
Must have valid driver's license.

Job Summary:
As a Salesperson, you will play a crucial role in supporting our accounting and financial operations. Leveraging your expertise in areas such as accounts receivable, data entry, accounts payable, bookkeeping, and reconciliations, you will contribute to the smooth and efficient management of our financial records and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts receivable records
- Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy
- Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely payments
- Assist with bookkeeping and financial reconciliations
- Provide executive-level support to the accounting team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial integrity
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in accounting or finance-related roles
- Proficiency in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bookkeeping
- Strong data entry and reconciliation skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with relevant software and accounting systems
Working Conditions:
This is a temporary-to-hire position, with the potential for a permanent role. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, requiring the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Some physical demands may be present, such as occasional light lifting or standing for extended periods.
Compensation and Benefits:
This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $17/$18 D.O.E. per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package, hourly and full time hiring plus commission.
