Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of accounts payable processes and strong organizational skills to support daily accounting operations.

Responsibilities:
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Enter and manage financial data with a high level of accuracy
- Assist with additional accounting duties as needed
Requirements:
- Knowledge or experience in Accounts Payable
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, preferred
