A1 Pumping & Excavating is growing and looking for a reliable Equipment Operator to join our team.
If you’re tired of being just another number and want to work with a small crew where your work actually matters, this is it.
What You’ll Do
- Operate excavators, skid loaders, and backhoes
- Dig, grade, trench, and prep sites
- Assist with septic system installs and repairs
- Haul equipment and materials (CDL required)
- Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance
- Work with a tight crew to get jobs done right
What We’re Looking For
- CDL (Class A preferred)
- Equipment experience (excavator a big plus)
- Shows up, works hard, and gets it done
- Willing to jump in and help where needed
What You Get
- $24–$32/hr depending on experience
