Pay: $45,000$65,000 DOE + sales opportunity/growth potential
Anderson Mechanical is looking for a Commercial HVAC/R Salesperson to help grow our commercial division. This role is focused on building relationships, generating leads, preparing proposals, and closing sales for commercial HVAC, refrigeration, service, replacement, and maintenance projects.

What were looking for:
- Experience in commercial HVAC/R sales
- Strong knowledge of commercial heating, cooling, refrigeration, and ventilation systems
- Ability to build relationships with business owners, facility managers, contractors, and decision-makers
- Comfortable with site visits, quoting jobs, following up on leads, and closing contracts
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage a sales pipeline
- Valid drivers license required
- Develop and manage commercial sales opportunities
- Visit customer sites and identify system replacement, upgrade, and maintenance needs
- Prepare proposals, pricing, and service agreements
- Work with operations and project teams to help move jobs from sale to completion
- Help grow recurring maintenance and service contract business
