Pay: Travel Contract
- $2,258.00 Gross Weekly
- $21.00 per hour taxed
- $1,547.00 weekly tax-free stipends for housing, meals, and incidentals per diem
- $500.00 travel allowance ($250 to assignment / $250 from assignment for qualified travelers)
Location: Southern California; Onsite – School Setting

RCM Healthcare is seeking Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for school districts throughout Southern California. In this role, you will provide speech and language services to students within a school-based setting while supporting communication development, academic success, and individualized student goals. You will collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality therapeutic services in accordance with educational and clinical standards. This is an excellent opportunity for SLPs seeking a rewarding school-based assignment with weekends and holidays off.
ResponsibilitiesSchedule / Shift- Shift details: In-person school schedule, Monday–Friday
- Weekends and holidays off
- Hours per week: Approximately 35–40 hours per week
- Contract Dates: 8/12/2026 – 6/4/2027
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, and progress documentation in compliance with school district and state requirements
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with educational and regulatory standards
- Required: Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Required: Active California Speech Language Pathologist license or willingness to obtain licensure
- Minimum of 1 year of school-based experience required
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary educational teams
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced school environments
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
