Experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician
Pay: $40-$47/hour | Day Shift | No On‑Call or Weekends

We are currently seeking an Experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team.
What You'll Do
As an Experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician, you'll be a trusted expert for our customers and a leader within our service team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems
- Perform routine maintenance and system troubleshooting
- Provide repair vs. replacement recommendations with honesty and professionalism
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every call
- Mentor and support junior technicians
- Share feedback with the Service Manager on training needs, inventory, parts, and pricing
- Maintain company standards for safety, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience as a residential or commercial HVAC service technician
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Strong understanding of HVAC diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Experience making repair and replacement recommendations
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership, accountability, and teamwork
- Ability to safely operate scissor lifts and Genie lifts
- Basic sheet metal knowledge
- Understanding of air balancing principles
Preferred Qualifications
- Universal EPA Certification
- HVAC technical school certificate
- Ownership of required hand tools
Pay & Schedule
- Hourly Pay: $40.00-$47.00 (based on experience)
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
- Overtime: Available as needed
- No on‑call shifts
- No regularly scheduled weekend work
