A busy, family-owned subdivision is seeking a motivated and professional Sales & Leasing Associate with experience in property management, leasing, sales, and/or real estate. This position is ideal for a dependable, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service while supporting a growing company.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Sell new and previously owned manufactured homes
• Lease available units and process lease renewals
• Respond to prospect inquiries via phone and email
• Schedule and conduct property showings
• Process rent payments and maintain accurate records
• Maintain strong customer and tenant relationships
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
• Learn and utilize proprietary software systems

Candidate must have the following competencies:

• Proven Sales Experience Required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Advanced computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Teams.
• Effective Negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Outgoing personality with strong customer services skills.
• Must be diplomatic, have honed negotiating skills, and able to dissolve roadblocks.
• Ability to lift and move 25 lbs

Required:
South Carolina Manufactured Housing Salesperson License or ability to obtain within 3 months of employment.
