This position offers stable, consistent dry van lanes primarily across Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Minnesota, with occasional travel beyond. Compensation
- Top 20% Earnings: $1,800+ weekly
- Top 50% Earnings: $1,500+ weekly
- Starting Pay: $0.60 – $0.62 CPM (Based on experience)
- Pay Range: Up to $0.69 CPM
- Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 orientation completion bonus
Home Time & Schedule
- Weekly Home Time: Guaranteed home every weekend for a full 34-hour reset.

Pet Policy
- Bring your furry co-pilot: One cat or dog is allowed in the truck (ask your driver consultant for specific details).
Driver Requirements
- Age: Must be at least 21 years old.
- License: Valid Class A CDL.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months of verifiable Over-the-Road (OTR) experience.
- Compliance: Must meet all DOT requirements.
- History: Must have a stable, verifiable work history and an acceptable driving record.
