Construction Sales Leader

We are currently looking for a Construction Sales Leader. This role requires specific experience in construction and metals, and experience in construction sales. This role has up-capped commission on top of the base salary.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build trust with our customers and offer support on projects
• Identify new opportunities and clients
• Fill pipeline and track projects
• Work with architects to specify our product
• Provide bid proposals
• Close projects
• Provide excellent customer service and partnerships remotely and in person

Job Requirements:

• Experience in Construction Sales, relationships with General Contractors and Architects
• Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel
• Keen attention to detail
• Solid organization skills
• Good communication skills
• Understanding of architectural renderings
• Strong work ethic
• Travel as appropriate
• 5-7+ years of sales experience in the construction space
