Cell Phone Repair Technician

The Cell Phone Repair Technician will specialize in diagnosing and repairing smartphones, tablets, and computers within a collaborative repair team. This role involves regular customer interaction, providing support and advice to ensure customer satisfaction. The technician will also assist with inventory management to maintain efficient repair operations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose hardware and software issues on mobile devices and computers
• Perform hardware repairs including screen and battery replacements
• Troubleshoot operating system problems (iOS, Android)
• Engage with customers to provide support and repair advice
• Assist with ordering parts and managing inventory
• Collaborate effectively within the repair team to ensure efficient workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in electronics or mobile device repair
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity with mobile device hardware repair and operating systems (iOS, Android)
