Key responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in daily classroom activities, supporting instructional plans and individual student needs
- Provide one-on-one and small group assistance to students during lessons and activities
- Help create and maintain an organized, welcoming, and inclusive classroom space
- Model positive behaviors and reinforce classroom rules to encourage a supportive learning climate
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and training sessions as assigned
- Assist with the preparation of learning materials and the management of classroom supplies
- Support students with diverse learning and behavioral needs under the supervision of classroom teachers
