Teacher's Aide - Dearborn, Michigan

• Assist teachers in daily classroom activities, supporting instructional plans and individual student needs
• Provide one-on-one and small group assistance to students during lessons and activities
• Help create and maintain an organized, welcoming, and inclusive classroom space
• Model positive behaviors and reinforce classroom rules to encourage a supportive learning climate
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and training sessions as assigned
• Assist with the preparation of learning materials and the management of classroom supplies
• Support students with diverse learning and behavioral needs under the supervision of classroom teachers
