Welder And Fabricator

IMMEDIATELY HIRING TIG WELDERSBROWNS SUMMIT, NC$20 -24/HOURMONDAY - FRIDAY 7AM - 4PM

• This role focuses on precision TIG welding and fabrication of stainless steel components to produce industrial meat smokers and stainless steel ovens.
• First shift, using your welding and blueprint-reading skills to fabricate and assemble high-quality stainless steel products from 16-gauge to 20-gauge material.

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding on 16-gauge to 20-gauge stainless steel components with a high level of precision and quality.
• Use MIG welding techniques when required to support production needs.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand dimensions, tolerances, and welding requirements.
• Fabricate stainless steel parts and assemblies according to specifications, using both power tools and hand tools.
• Assemble components and subassemblies accurately, ensuring proper fit, alignment, and structural integrity.
• Inspect welds and finished assemblies for quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications, making adjustments as needed.
• Follow established safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tools, equipment, and materials.
• Work with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and resolve fabrication or assembly issues.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Browns Summit, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
