Registered Nurse (RN) – School-Based Position

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to provide health services and support to students in a K–8 school setting. This full-time opportunity is ideal for an RN who enjoys working with children and collaborating with school staff to promote student health and wellness.

Position Responsibilities

• Provide general nursing care and first aid to students and staff
• Assess and respond to student health concerns and emergencies
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and school policies
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation
• Monitor and manage chronic health conditions such as asthma, diabetes, and allergies
• Communicate effectively with parents, school personnel, and healthcare providers
• Support student wellness, safety, and health education initiatives
• Ensure compliance with school health protocols and state regulations

Qualifications
Active RN license in the state of Ohio
Previous pediatric, school, or community health experience preferred
Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a school team
CPR/BLS certification preferred
