🧹 What You'll Do

As a Room Attendant, you'll play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy a spotless, relaxing stay. Your responsibilities include:

• 🧽 Thoroughly cleaning guest rooms and suites to company standards: vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, and sanitizing surfaces and bathrooms.
• 🛏️ Making beds and refreshing room amenities.
• 🛠️ Reporting maintenance issues promptly to supervisors.
• 😊 Providing courteous, accurate information about hotel services and amenities.

📋 Your Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

• 👋 Greet guests warmly in hallways and common areas.
• 🤝 Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
• &A1; Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues with care.
• 🧴 Use cleaning supplies and equipment responsibly and efficiently.
• 🔎 Report lost and found items to supervisors.
• 📢 Communicate room status updates to inspectors or supervisors.
• 🔑 Follow key control procedures and submit accurate room status reports.
• 🧺 Keep linen closets and carts neat, clean, and well‑stocked.
• ⏱️ Arrive on time and maintain reliable attendance.
• 👥 Collaborate with team members to meet hotel goals.
• 🗣️ Demonstrate strong communication skills and remain calm under pressure.
• ⚠️ Follow all safety protocols and report unsafe conditions.
• 🌟 Lead by example and share knowledge with teammates.

💪 Physical Requirements

• 📦 Frequently lift/move up to 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs; rarely up to 100 lbs.
• 🚶 Regularly stand, walk, talk, hear, reach, and use hands.
• 🧗 Occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or sit.
• ↔️ Navigate tight spaces with ease.
