Desired Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience as a Paraprofessional or similar role in a school setting preferred
• Passion for helping students reach their full potential
• Ability to communicate with students, teachers, and staff effectively
• Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional related training a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to classroom teachers during lessons and activities
• Assist with small group instruction and one-on-one guidance for students requiring additional help
• Help in supervising students in classrooms, hallways, and during school transitions
• Foster an inclusive, respectful, and safe learning environment for all students
• Support the implementation of educational and behavioral strategies as directed by teaching staff
• Contribute to record keeping and communication with families as needed
