Recruiting Coordinator - Part Time

Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator (Part-Time)
Pay: $20–$24 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Approximately 24 hours per week (flexible; to be worked out with the hiring team)
Worksite: On-site in the Manitowoc area (St. Nazianz, WI)

Position Overview

Our client is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support day-to-day hiring activity and keep the interview and communication process moving. This role is focused on posting/monitoring ads (Indeed), tracking applicants in an ATS, scheduling interviews, and following up with internal staff to ensure timely next steps and feedback.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain job postings, with a strong emphasis on Indeed
• Track applicants and maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Coordinate interview logistics, including scheduling, confirmations, and candidate communication
• Follow up with hiring team members to gather interview availability, feedback, and next-step decisions
• Support a smooth candidate experience by providing timely updates and clear communication
• Assist with other HR/admin support tasks as needed related to hiring and onboarding coordination

Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting recruiting/hiring activities (coordination, scheduling, ATS, job postings)
• Indeed experience (posting, managing applicants, communicating with candidates)
• Comfort working in an ATS and keeping candidate pipelines organized and up to date
• Strong organizational skills and follow-through; able to manage multiple moving parts
• Professional communication skills (phone/email) and confidentiality
